Application
The Cotton Trash Analyzer is a versatile tool commonly used to assess the levels of lint, trash, and dust in up to 100 grams of raw cotton fiber. In addition, it is capable of measuring the non-fiber content of synthetic fibers and preparing fibers for further analysis. This innovative device employs a carding method that utilizes air separation to distinguish between lint and non-lint materials.
Test principle
This machine follows the principles of mechanical aerodynamics to achieve its purpose. Initially, it employs barbed rollers to comb and loosen fibers while simultaneously removing any impurities that may be adhering to them. Subsequently, utilizing a combination of mechanical and airflow forces, the machine separates the fibers and impurities based on their unique shapes, specific gravity, and other physical properties.
