PER-01 is ideal choice for bottle factories, bottle users and scientific research units to detect bottle verticality deviation.
The bottom of the bottle is held and fixed on the rotating plate, so that the bottle mouth is in contact with the dial indicator by adjusting the movable gauge holding pole. The maximum and minimum values are read by rotating 360 degrees. 1/2 of the difference between the two is the vertical axis deviation value.
The instrument cleverly utilizes the high concentricity of the three-jaw self-centering chuck, and cooperates with a set of high-degree-of-freedom bracket that can freely adjust the height and orientation, which can meet the detection of various glass bottles.
